Thanks everyone for your feedback. Was going to go to Meadowlark in Vienna but they have a 5 professional photography max policy per day, and unfortunately the days we wanted were booked. Went to the DC Tidal Basin/Jefferson memorial which was beautiful but crazy busy even at 6:30 am!
