stay away from manassas park, state streets (95, Rt. 1 area), the woodbridge that hugs route one north of Dale Blvd into lorton is also very run down. manassas is pretty decent just stay out of manassas park, sudley road houses, rt 28 houses...anything off the old major roads. once you get to 234 anything off of there is pretty nice and secluded. Although budget may be a current problem. Hope this helps.

Blooms mill and signal hill area looks nice...although it is off Rt. 28 but the schools are great from what I read...on a scale of an 8 or 9. Much higher than Dumfries rated 4-6 schools.

ok now he or she is stuck up. woodbridge some areas are not the most desirable but it is still a decent area and manassas park is not bad at all. It is convenient to a lot of things (shops, vre, etc.) That comment is just coming from someone who probably is not a native to this area and just judges a book by its cover. If you're a native to this area I'm sorry.

Just wondering, what part of Woodbridge do you find decent?
