Umm... they just included a picture of the Giant to show what is nearby. (kind of like why they included a picture of the club house)

As far as the map goes, they just entered the main street with no actual address, because you still have to pick your lot, and that will change the address of the house.

Yes, didn't you hear? It's the newest concept in urban design.

Forget the walkable neighborhood, the latest rage is to build houses in the grocery store parking lot so you can drive your own motorized grocery cart right from your front door.

The HOA rules for this new housing concept are tricky. Home owners may pay for their mortgages by allowing shoppers to parking in their driveway, but only if they give a portion to the HOA. All houses are issued their own carts, personalized with monogrammed sterling silver nameplates. But be careful, if your cart's found mingling with the regular store carts, the HOA will fine you!

The choicest lot is on the fresh produce side of the store. Nobody wants to live near the canned goods side... that's considered "wrong side of the tracks."

It's an excellent example of residential building with "walkability" in mind. ScranBarre will love it!

Nothing about the housing market in this region would surprise me. But I would totally live in the Giant parking lot if the commute was good.

(Tail wagging!) Are you kidding me? If I could easily walk to Giant I'd be in heaven! I love that store (except for the stupid barriers along the sidewalk that prevent you from taking your cart to your vehicle to unload it). What's up with that?
