(Putting card up to my forehead and closing my eyes). I predict 9 inches for Reston. We'll see how that stacks up by time I poke my head out on Sunday morning and see if I want to drive to church or not.

8-12 inches! Run for your life! Oh my gosh! I got to run to the grocery store and stock up with a month supply! Might just jump in my car and drive west to run from the snow! Help!

I just pray for some common sense. The last bad storm we had there was a death on Sudley Road b/c they thought it would be "fun" to drive at a high rate of speed in the snow.

Sorry to be rude, but stop driving so fast you idiots! You can not speed past people like it's a summer day with that much snow and possibly ice out! That's how you end up killing someone, or crashing into a mountain of snow.

Also, stop riding so close to the car in front of you. What part of slippery do you people not understand!

Gosh I wish I didn't have to go out today but some people don't have the luxury of calling off of work.

That's probably the SUV - 4-wheel drive folks who think they are invulnerable. We'll see all the pics. of those vehicles in the ditches, overturned, etc.

Yes, someone did that to me last night and then honked when my car started to slide. It was only about an hour after the snow started but the roads were already bad and I was about two miles from reaching home where I intended to stay put for the weekend.
