Hi,
Can anyone tell me if I can use the exit off 66 west bound at Stringfellow Rd in the morning around 9am? I have been using exit 55 (Fairfax County Parkway) instead as I'm not sure if the next exit opperates in the morning. If the Stringfellow exit is open that would save me a couple of mins on the way to dropping my little one at preschool.

That exit is closed in the morning if you're travelling west on 66. It's only open to HOV users in the afternoon (I'm pretty sure). Your options in the morning are to take the exit for 7100 or for 28.

Monument Drive and Stringfellow are eastbound HOV hours only entrances in the morning. In the evening, during HOV, they are reversed as HOV exits.
