What are some high calliber high quality gyms on Oahu (good atmosphere and good equipment) that you would suggest?

That kind of depends on where you want to work out - east side, west side, town, etc....

For flexibility - 24 Hour Fitness is sprinkled all around the island

You'd like it even more now - they just underwent a huge remodel and it just finished a month or so ago - new equipment - changing rooms - etc.

Nice! When I lived there, they did the complete remodel of the upstairs weight room. It used to be a women-only area, but they turned it into a trainer area I guess. I liked those machines alot better so I would do everything I could upstairs on those and then move downstairs to the free weights and such.
