Hi everyone! So here goes...I am about to graduate from Arizona State University and have lived in AZ my whole life. My boyfriend and I are have to move to one of three different places so that I can go to graduate school. Oklahoma City is one of those places. I would be going to University of Oklahoma Health and Sciences Center downtown, so that's exactly where I would be. Can anyone tell me any information to a potential resident? My boyfriend and I are both 22 and would appreciate any advice given. Also, are there any areas to avoid/look at for living situations since I will be downtown? Thank you all in advance for your time and any advice given!! Have a beautiful day!

You can check out abetterlifeokc.com to see some general promotional videos of OKC.

Try fubelly.com to see really well done videos of top restaurants in OKC.

For local flavor, look at keepitlocalok.com and plazadistrict.org

Since you're young and working at the HSC, I would recommend living in downtown, Deep Deuce, or Midtown where it is easy to meet other young people. For cheaper historic apartments (usually 1-bd or studio) you can head north on Robinson from downtown into Heritage Hills and Jefferson Park. Avoid the area directly east of the HSC.
