Lucky for him, you are not his lawyer. Name me one jurisdiction in this rather conservative state where the demographics or social climate would be favorable to a minority with a substantial criminal record and face covered in tattoos? Lincoln is the only real option, and it's unlikely that his case hasn't received media coverage in that market. Choosing anywhere else would be suicide for the defense team.

That said, Nikko Jenkins (since he apparently wants to act as his own lawyer - one of the stupidest decisions a human being could ever make) is free to make the motion, which might be granted. No one is or should do it for him. Keep in mind though, it only changes the jury pool. The judge and prosecutors go to the new venue.

Still no evidence has been provided
Your ignorant dismissing of the evidence does not create a lack of evidence.

his constitutional rights have been violated
Still waiting for your explanation on how this has happened.

he's been forced into solitary confinement
Not unusual or unwarranted.

and now judges won't let him speak and he's not even allowed to have emotions.

At one point, Judge Batallon hollered, "Whoop, whoop, whoop" as Jenkins made a statement. At another, Bataillon slapped his hand three times on the bench to get Jenkins to stop talking.

"Jenkins, you need to look at me," scolded Judge Bataillon. "You don't need to make faces at people."
"I'm only smiling," Jenkins said.
"A smile is a face," Bataillon said.
Further proof that you are the most intellectually dishonest person on this forum. Let's see the whole story, shall we?

Nikko Jenkins rails at judge during hearing - Omaha.com

Jenkins was in court regarding his decision to waive his right to a jury trial. He was belligerent, disrespectful, and tried arguing issues that had already been ruled on by the judge in previous hearings. Yet the judge is the bad guy for enforcing the rules and decorum of the court.
