Ha! Where was that picture taken? Sheeez, that would be a nightmare. It looks like people are making a beeline to Las Flores.

As a matter of fact, I think I will post directions to LF on the freeway.

I don't know exactly where that picture was taken but anyone who lives in south oc (or southern California for that matter) knows all about this.

Not to fret (for those so inclined), there’s still room for everybody.

This was not meant to be taken literally. South County freeways are a mess and don't need to be any worse.

BTW, since newer South County communities like Aliso Viejo are master-planned, there are real limits to their growth. I suspect that Irvine will see the greatest increases in population over the years since they have the room, and huge increases seem to be consistent with City policy.

Irvine’s population has really taken-off over the years!

Of course, increases in their population will have an overall negative impact on South County traffic conditions.

Are you sure you are not the pilot in this video?

I'm not 100% sure but that picture looks sort of like when you're merging from the 73 North onto the 405 North.

Don't forget that if you want a little taste of home you can shop at Fresh 'n' Easy, owned by Tesco! I find the packaging to be spookily similar, but unfortunately the offerings are more American than British...
