Sorry for the multiple posts from me lately.

We are narrowing our search to a couple "communities" and have narrowed it down to rent in either the Green Valley community in Fountain Valley or the Woodbridge community in Irvine. We like what those communities offer in parks, pools, seems family oriented and somewhat good proximity to my potential employer in the Bella Terra area of HB. Can someone give me more information on these communities in terms of safeness and surrounding amenities?

Are there other communities that I missed out on based on our criteria.

Also, Aliso Viejo still intrigues me but that puts me further out there commute-wise.

I have a aunt who lives in Green Valley. It's a really safe area.

I have lived in both Green Valley and Woodbridge. I liked both areas. Both are safe, probably Urvine a little more so.
