Can any healthcare workers give me some feedback on what the current job market is like in southern California? Is there an need for RNs or is the job selection pretty small? I'm sure the recession has affected the market to some degree, but am wondering how much. I'm particularly interested in the La Habra & Fullerton area, but also in the entire region. Also, am more interested in the hospital setting, particularly psych nursing, critical care or transitional care floors/units. Thanks!!
