Based on the number of moves in such a short time period, they are either Gipsy's, or relations of mine.

I don't think it is so much of a credibility issue as realizing they have an Axe to grind.

Interesting how we spell Gipsy/Gypsy differently. Must be a Freudian slip on my part.

Corvallis is a good place to live if you are of medium or higher income or a student. Noise is actually less than many college towns like Eugene.

I loved living in Corvallis and miss living there. Corvallis is a tough place for low income renters ( unless your drinking the government kool aide ). Apartments are renovating ( in some cases, evicting so they can renovate ) and jack up the rent. So $650 apartment becomes a $850+ apartment. It sucks, but in all reallity when a company buys an apartment complex and dump a bunch of money into it. Raising the rent is almost a must if they want to see any profit from their investment. The apartment I rented for $525 in 2009 was rented (After Remodel) for $1,200 a month for a 2 bedroom or buy as a condo for around $150,000.

Noise is not bad long as you dont live near a frat house and the further you get from campus the quiter it gets.
