Normally what is included or excluded in the rent for apartment or house rental. When I see rental ads $800 per month for a 2bd 1 bath, it is hard to tell do I still need to pay water, electricity, sewer and garbage fee besides the rent.

Who will be using the water, electricity, sewer, and whose garbage is getting hauled away?

Most apartments include water, sewer, and garbage pick up (and sometimes basic cable) in the rental costs while houses often don't.

I have noticed an uptick in all-inclusive rental properties on the Oregon Coast, if that's what you're asking about.

I checked about 2 years ago in Newport area, if I remember correctly, depending on the type of house, some landload will pay water, sewer and garbage but tenant pay for electricity... and in some other case most are paid by tenant themselves... If anyone is renting, please provide your example.

I'm not going to say where I live. I will say that I'm currently renting a property on the Oregon coast for $1200 per month. It's all-inclusive. I've seen lots of similar properties available.

I can live anywhere, and I've been trying out different parts of the state for the past couple of years.

By "if anyone is renting," were you asking whether anyone has rental properties?

================================
"all-inclusive" means tenant pay rent only and pay nothing else (even electricity)?

Sorry, "if anyone is renting" means if anyone is paying rent to live in a house or apartment just like you...

We rent a house and we pay for everything. We rented a condo in town for a short time, and garbage was included.
