Thanks!
There's a lot of info listed on their web site. Kings Ridge - Home Page

Kings Ridge is #1
Summit Greens is #2

Both of the above are very nice and safe, convenient to all amenities. I rate Kings Ridge higher only because I think the builder (Lennar) is superior to Levitt. I don't think you can ride a golf cart from Summit Greens to anywhere like you can at Kings Ridge though. Both have oodles of activities and a golf course. Kings Ridge has an indoor pool, not sure that Summit Greens does. Both are gated and guarded.

Heritage Hills is still building out, and too new to really comment.

Yep! Helpful as always, annerk!

Kings Ridge does seem to have lots of amenities/clubs/activities. I also found (& lost) an article somewhere about how the residents have a rather large voice in local politics & zoning issues.

Never realized how many different 'neighborhoods' are there too.

Welcome to City-Data forum. No offense intended, but you would probably be better to start a new thread with your question rather than reviving a thread that was started 9 years ago. Some people don't read the date on a post and will answer the first post in a thread not knowing that it's 9 years old.
