Stay away from 32808 section of Pine Hills, 32818 it depends on the particular area, Rosemont, and Orlovista (32811).

Theres too many to choose from in that price range. Do you more specific preferences and criteria? Where is your job located? Are schools a major concern?

The budget gives you many options to choose from. To be more specific, you need to answer few questions:

where will be your work?
do you have kids? elementary/middle/high schools important?
type of housing you prefer: condo/townhome/SFH?

Hello there D-Nyce! Orlando is a wonderful city with a wide range of choices for communities. We relocated here almost 10 years ago and totally love it. To be able to help you best can you share a little more of what your needs and wants are for your new home?

Are you looking for a single family home? Do you want a gated community? Need a private pool or are you ok with the community pool? Where will you work? Is proximity to work important? Do you want more of a suburb feel or would you rather downtown/city lifestyle? How important are schools to you?

Sincerely, Gaby

Default Orlando

I'm looking into Northpark/Lake Nona area/Community. School not important or proximtyof job. single family homePrivate pool would be nice)3 or 4bedrooms. wouldn't mind a gated community.I wouldn't mind leaving closer to the city, but only in a nice community of course.

D-Nyce, please, PM your email address to me, and I will be able to email you all the 3-4 bedroom properties that are currently on the market in Lake Nona so that you could see all the prices yourself.

You say schools and proximity to jobs are not important, and yet you want to live close to the city, correct?

Lake Nona is in the far eastern border of Orange county, probably a good twenty-thirty minutes away from the metro. It's a beautiful, developing area, but the amenities are still well underway.

If you want to live closer to the city, I suggest trying to look at Conway, Belle Isle, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, and SODO (South Downtown). If you don't mind stretching your budget a bit: Winter Park, College Park, Baldwin Park, Thornton Park, and Lake Eola Heights are great considerations as well.
