Any development like this is great for Downtown and Orlando in general assuming that they actually follow through and its not just more talk.. If it happens, hopefully it will also help jumpstart and revive the Chruch Street complex which is in desperate need of some activity, Church Street has been neglected by years of bad tenents, bad developers, and poorly marketed investments..
