Thank you
Disney does the training on site. You are paid during the training period. After the training is complete, you will have two weeks to pass the CDL test. I believe they have a third party examiner on premise--although that doesn't mean they will cut you any slack.

To get a class B CDL with a passenger endorsement you will need to learn about not only how to drive the bus, but also how to do a pre-trip inspection including tires, air systems, and more. (I have this type of license.) You will also need a medical card, and if you have certain conditions (diabetes, heart conditions, obesity, sleep apnea, etc.) you will not be able to pass the medical and get the card, so you will not be able to complete the training.

If you have specific questions, fell free to ask and I will try to help.

As long as your vision is corrected to 20/20 you can have a CDL. I don't know about hearing aids, best bet is to speak to a doctor who issues CDL medical cards and ask. Not all doctors can issue the medical card, so make sure the one you speak to is certified to do so.
