Pseudemys Floridiana (Florida river cooter)
Amazing)

I look that Orlando has a lot of lakes. But how people can walk around them if the gators are everywhere? It turns out people with kids must keep up the distance and not coming to the edge of lake?

One of the main reasons I'm moving to Florida is the critters! Not a fan of insects but if it's scaley or furry I love it.
Love that picture of the gator crossing the street AND using the cross walk!!!

Lol see today's news- darn 10ft gator knocking on the man's front door!!!i in Miami we lived by canal, saw soft shell turtles laying her eggs - iguanas- duck an their eggs -and ducklings. One day the 3 yr old let them in, we had a pool but with a child fence and they fly over it or I between the openings but she let the duckling in the house!!! It was hilarious. All tile floors. Whew.

Giant Alligator Found in Florida

Big reptile found, too bad they had to kill it. Now no one can enjoy it.

I'm sure there is more in Florida like this one.
