Bad: 32808, 32805, 32811, 32822, 32818, 32839, 32807

areas with both:32824, 34741, 34744, 32825, 32707, 32730, 32703, 32771, 32809, 32801, 34743, 32773

I can't think of any important metro ZIP codes I left out, but if you see one missing and have questions let me know.
Wow Orlando sure has changed I grew up in the 32839 area and never had any problems. My moms old home bought brand new was like $30,000 and is now worth $300,000 to $400,000 largest house build in the neighborhood since she had 5 kids. I still know a few people who still live there. But this isn't near the orange blossom trail area more like closer to Oakridge high school.

32839 is disgusting. You could probably live in that zip code without problems in certain areas but overall this is an area to avoid. Most zip codes are going to have exceptions in the other direction but 32839 is not good.

Hi,

We've been looking for houses and are considering two possibilities:

Neptune Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34744
Or
Spring Lake Dr, Clermont, FL 34711

Would someone please advise.

Thanks

I live in 32807 (N Goldenrod Road)and can concur that it is less than desireable. I moved here first in 1968 when I was 4 years old (we lived with my grandmother). I moved to NY in 1984 and did not come back to this area until 3 months ago. Interestingly I'm living in the same house as 1968, the grandparents having passed on.

The change is indescribable. In 1968 it was on the outskirts of town. It is not any more. It was a two lane state road in 1968; perhaps 4 or 5 cars a minute passed. Now it's 4 lanes and a median and the traffic is relentless. There are sidewalks now, even buses come out here. No one would have predicted that in the late 60s! Unfortunately a transient population has taken in the area as well. There are more sirens, more break-ins etc.

Tom Wolfe was right: you can't go home.

3211 is not a bad area. I lived there and it's perfect. You have everything you need around and I have never seen anything weird. It's a nice place If you want to live in a condo specially If you study at Valencia.

I agree. I live in 32811 and it's not a bad area. A lot of nice condos on Conroy Rd.

Only bad areas in 32811 are north Kirkman Rd and Millenia (closer to OBT).
