I am a real estate professional and I have lived in the Four Corners / Cagans Crossing area for years. There are short term communities around there, but that is what contributes greatly to the thriving business in the area. I know that homes are selling like hotcakes here, because the area is great for investment property or primary residence, and the prices are stable at this point. It is close to Disney, 27, Highway 50, 192, 429 Tollroad, and I 4. Most of the homes here were built between 2003- and present. It depends opn what your price range is. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss your purchase.

Agree 100%. Nice diversity area, good for investment and living, too. Only minus is lack of good pay jobs, but this is nation wide problem right now.

We've rented a vacation home in that area four times, and it's not a bad area. Lots of shopping, never saw any issues with crime or vandalism in the subdivisions we stayed in.

Yes I have been a resident for almost 7 years. When we moved in it was a nice and well maintained apartment complex. In the last 3 years the complex has become a health hazard. The buildings are infested with cockroaches, snakes have been found in the garbage containers just outside of your doorway, they are constantly repaving the parking lots making it difficult to park near your apartment, the garbage isn’t picked up on a daily basis as per the contract. As far as the apt maintenance it is a third party company who speaks very broken English so they don’t understand what needs to be fixed, it takes months to get them to come to fix things, and they do the bare minimum they can to get away with.

I do not recommend this complex. The rent is getting higher and higher while the quality of life is lower and lower. There are many other complexes or rental properties in the area. Central Florida is fantastic but Cagan Crossing not so much.
