I just moved to the Hamptons, and I love the place. Lake views, very quiet, and have great neighbors. The 24 hr security, and the gym are very nice. The proximity to Universal and Disney make it a great place to live. The Walmart is 5 minutes away and ethnic grocery stores are about 10 minutes away. Overall a great place to live with excellent views of turkey lake.

The Hamptons at Metrowest is terribly mismanaged. Their HoA is the worst I've ever dealt with. They were supposed to fix all of the buildings in the complex because they were poorly built. The HoA mismanaged the money so now they are broke and only 1/3 of the buildings were updated. Look elsewhere if you want safety, a friendly place to live, and good HoA management.
