I agree! As for the "changing" foliage, with South Fla. sub-tropical climate it just doesn't happen. I love the "if you don't like it then just move" sentiment I always see on here, someone mentions that they like the colder temps and they are castigated and told to leave the state. Maybe it's not that simple. It would be financial suicide for us to leave this yr, but next yr we are out of here and anybody from up North can take my place with my blessing! thats what happens when cold fronts come through. Its warm outside then a bunch of storms push through that last a few hours then it clears out dramatically with clear skies and dry cold air.

Looks like we'll be getting close to freezing in the city for a couple days. Gville and Ocala should be mid-high 20's for lows. I've got 46 degrees now as I head out. According to NOAA we made it down to 39 degrees an hour ago in Winter Park and this easily feels like the coldest day so far this winter.

it's been a little colder than 39 so far this winter. tonight will be the coldest I think. they already have a freeze warning out for us for overnight tonight and Sunday morning.
