For the serious folks, its a joke.

In any case, I live in Connecticut and right now (9:18pm) the weather channel is reporting 18F but feels like 3F, and we have ice/snow all over the place with more supposedly on the way. So, my question to you is, want to trade with me?

Please say yes, please say yes!!
Im from Connecticut. Waterbury to be exact. What part of CT are you in?

Seriously? I never meet anybody from the Waterbury/Meriden area. Everybody I meet from CT is from Stamford, Greenwich or somewhere in Fairfield County

Its all good. How do you like living down here? I can never go back to CT

Smile I'm a Florida girl

As I write this with laryngitis and a strep throat, every time it gets cold, I get one.

My husband loves the cold coming in but after a couple of days, he wishes it were warmer!

Not to hijack this thread and turn into a CT topic, but lower Fairfield County is a bubble, a very nice and desirable bubble. If only the weather would get the memo, this would be heaven.

LOL. I'll tell you where those people are now. They're on the phone arguing with the electric company about high electric bills after keeping the pool heated all month.

Looks like the cold snap will really last all week, what a bummer. But I'm getting used to it.

Not to go off topic, the only part of Fairfield County I know real well is Danbury where my dad grew up. I used to love the Danbury Fair Mall and the Sycamore drive in restaurant in Bethel if you've ever been there

The whole northeast should get the good weather memo

Back to Orlando, its going to be in the upper 20s tonight It should be in the low 50s if it was a typical January day in Orlando, and the high should be 75, not 50!

I cant wait for summer to return. Most of you will hate me for saying this but I love the hot weather!

it's almost 10 am right now and it's 36 degrees with a windchill of 28 degrees. I hate this weather, I'm wearing 2 shirts and 2 sweaters and I'm still cold.

This is the time of year to do any work or make any repairs in the attic. I always put off running any cable or speaker wires until now.
