Just the update I promised. The most recent pad was poured on Tuesday November 2nd. This morning I rode by and there are already block walls about 6 feet high on that pad. I ride my bike in the early mornings so they either started going up Friday during the day (3 days after being poured), or sometime Saturday or Sunday (4-5 days after being poured) as I was out of town for the weekend.
