Mental breakdowns, emotional distress, and obesity? That sounds like a bunch of.. Bull.. I don't think it'll ever go to.. Court.. and I think the judge will throw that lawsuit in the.. Basket.. or it'll get.. Bounced around to a different court.. and I have a feeling the plaintiff will have a few.. Penalties for this frivolous lawsuit, which.. Suits me fine..

I have to admit that if Derek Jeter doesn't get healthy soon and return to the Yankees lineup I might get fat and depressed, too.
