Rarely, though I've been trying to think of a good use for those little round plastic mint containers... they are so well made and the labels are removable plus they come in all kinds of colors depending on the type mints you buy, seems like such a waste to just throw them away when they're empty.

Ones that have quality merchandise at spectacularly discounted end-of-season prices.

First to the bestsellers section, then to the fiction section usually unless I'm looking for a book on a specific topic.

Probably Chili's for something quick.

Change to my comfy clothes, put everything up we bought and just relax.

Yes, when our neighborhood family-owned market was sold to a big chain, they changed everything around.

Yes, recently.

~ What did you have that was good to eat this past week? - My daily salad is always good. Posted before but not in a while. Shoutout to poster Northsouth: Mix it up! Maybe like this:
Spinach and mixed greens (for base), Quinoa Lima bean salad, kidney and / or Garbanzo beans / chickpeas, olives, shredded carrots, cucumber, tomato and a little grated cheese. Always with a little oil and vinegar.

If I'm at a different salad bar and I can't get the Quinoa, Tabouli can usually be found.
A side note is it doesn't look hard to make.

~ What kind of heating do you have in your home and do you like it? I really do not like it because it is controlled by the management of my apoartment development. Most of the time it is okay but sometimes it's too hot. Only once this season and in the two years I have been here when it was not enough. I can turn it off which I do in the early spring. Rather have none at all if it's too hot. Always the window option to balance but I never felt the need.

At least I do not have to pay for it...

It's gas and comes out of a grate.

~ Have you ever gone to the market and found that they moved things around so that you don't know where things are? Ever, yes. Sometimes I get frustrated when I am at the organic market because they do not label their shelves. But I know the items I buy and it only rarely changes.

~ Have you had any precipitation this past week? - We had a blizzard come in exactly one week ago which we are still recovering from. We got two feet of snow.

~ Who washes your clothes and where do your clothes get washed? - Due to my sprained ankle I am behind and will be taking it all to a laundromat on my rare Sunday off that I have. I suffered a setback as I fell on the ice two days ago.

Usually I have to haul it to another apartment building where There are 3 each washers and dryers to share with other residents. It's a hassle but oh well...

I went to my doctor yesterday to have her look at my ankle. She gave me a thorough exam and did not charge me. She is awesome and the best! No fracture but this is going to take a while. Long story on how I fell for the second time (while navigating the ice and snow) and this post is long enough.

Last thing I ate this week, well everything is good but I can't remember!
Heating in this house is the heater, guess it's called central heating where you set a thermostat.
Do I miss the summer? Oh Heck no, not these summers!
I'm real picky about my laundry and do my own.
Shaver....I use the dollar store brand, it works just as good as any other and ya can't beat the price.
Last place I walked on 'the beach' was the shores of Lake Michigan. I enjoyed stepping into the sand barefoot, or pulling my kayak into or out of the water.

Nothing stands out. I eat the same boring stuff, especially during the week.

Central. It heats so it does its job, but I prefer natural heat over artificial heat. The heater heat is so drying and suffocating.

Not really. Our summers are sometimes 6 months long with short sporadic visits (albeit much milder) throughout the other half - it was hot on Christmas day and the A/C broke that morning. It's always somewhere around the corner which I like until July hits.
