I occasionally forget to take my cell phone with me and if I'm just out and about running errands it doesn't bother me much, but I really need it at work so I go back home and get it. Actually I've only had to do that once because once was enough! I use my phone at work a lot.

I sometimes forget my phone when I run errands and that's fine. The only risk I see to not having a phone handy is that, in case of a situation like a flat tire, you are screwed. And there are no phone booths anymore.
