Yes I like egg salad.
Ketchup on eggs? Nope. Tabasco, yes.
Toast....anything but plain cheap white. My favorite is sourdough.
Favorite bread with breakfast. Usually it whole wheat.
I don't like eggs or ketchup. What can I say - I am difficult. I do like a nice sourdough rye bread, tho. I don't have it very often. It involves about an 80 mile round trip drive to get to the bakery that makes it.

Yes, I do. I buy eggs from a farm, keep them on the counter and they aren't washed till used.

My favorite is Croquet Madame. More common egg sandwich: stuffed with avocado, slice of red onion, sliced tomato, baby mozarella or feta cheese and spinach. .

What do you like on your toast? I don't usually have toast. When I do, just butter is fine. I love the taste of butter, so I consider the bread as nothing more than a butter delivery mechanism. Jam, jelly or anything else only distracts from that good butter taste. I do occasionally add cinnamon sugar.
