Hello all, I came across this forum during my research for a project I am doing. I am studying the effects spatial distances have on communication. It is said that you can communicate with males who've participated in sports more effectively while sitting next to them. Face to face communication is a sign of confrontation in their minds. Please give me feedback as to why you prefer to sit either next to your significant other or across from each other. Do you feel weird sitting close to someone when you normally sit across from them? What are some things you do if you sit next to them? Why do you choose to sit next to them? Any information helps me! Thank you in advance! Any questions are welcome as well.
