Or have a middle-eastern/asian/greek night and go nuts with falafel and hummus and tahini, and deep fried breaded potato slices and cauliflower, and papadum with chutney, and grilled eggplant with tziziki sauce (assuming he's okay with dairy - cause that's yoghurt).

LOL, yes, of course I made dinner and put it on the table! This particular boyfriend is a vegetarian, so it's easy enough to make some pasta to go along with whatever we're having. Poor kid probably thinks all we eat is pasta, though then again, he's free to go home and make his own food....
