I think the kitchen faucet-like idea could be interesting. Thanks for the help! Feel free to share more examples of how you bathed your children.

I made a diaper sprayer out of a garden nozzle and faucet hose connected to the shower head. It doubles as a "child sprayer" too. I only use it to "change things up." The garden nozzle has the multiple spray options... mist, jet, fan, shower, etc etc. So, to keep him interested, sometimes I break out the hose and use different nozzles which he finds very interesting.

In order to turn the diaper sprayer on, you need be able to reach the shower head. So, technically by the time a kid can reach the shower head, I should have taught them to not grab the nozzle and spray the walls... the mirror... the door, etc :P

If you are going with a faucet idea, don't forget to add an anti-scalding devise.

Washing my babies hair was always a hassle. The water pressure way too powerful. Maybe a button you can press to allow for washing the hair like lower the water pressure and maybe not have it on a spray setting, more of a tap flow. Those rubber shields just plop off when any water gets on it.

That is my 2 cents.

It should be some sort of device, that makes the faucet softer, so the baby does not touch it, or get hurt on it. I think it would be cute if it looked like an elephant, like Dumbo, and the "hose" portion looked like an elephant trunk. So, then you could play a game, and pretend that the child was a baby elephant....kids love stuff like that.

These sound very interesting. I'll see where I go with this. Thank you everyone for the help!

Anything at all that will help keep the water IN the tub, instead of everywhere else would be helpful.
