not intentionally but some times I do run to the room from the bath room when I forgot my bath robe, But I try my best to not that happen in front of my daughter.
When my kids were little, they saw me naked often, just showering, changing, etc. Now (8 and 9) I ask them for privacy because *I* want it. They couldn't still care less.
I don't think it matters what people do as long as everyone is comfortable with it. I don't think that being naked equals sex, or a sexual situation. When my kids were small they saw me naked (they are all boys). When they seemed uncomfortable I avoided being naked in front of them. Sometimes I do change my shirt in front of them and they don't seem to care if they see me in a bra. I think that every family needs to have a comfort level and that there is not one answer that will work for everyone.
Growing up, my father would parade around the house in his underwear and I remember clearly feeling uncomfortable about it. So yeah, I'm not repeating that. We preach modesty to our kids and "private parts" should remain private. Nothing shameful or sexual about it.
Till about age 2-1/2 or 3 or so with opposite sex kids. I think that's when they start noticing there's a difference and as a mother I didn't want my 3 year old son checking me out. Noticed my daughter watching her dad "swing" as he walked at about that age too, so after that he covered up.
When our twin Sons were little, sometimes our whole family would shower together. But that ended when they were about 4 because my one Son, while we were showering, said to my Wife "Boy, Mom, you sure have a furry peepee !" That was the end of the family showers !

Don
Yep, same thing happened here, but a little more graphic language that he must have heard somewhere but he sure didn't hear it at our house! OMG! No more mother/son showers!
Unless your living in a nudist colony, why scar the child for rest of their life. One image that will always haunt and never forgotten is seeing your parents naked.
Oh my God. The fact that anyone thinks it is normal to be naked in front of your kids is disturbing. Now I can understand some people not being uncomfortable being naked in a sauna or at the gym, but not in front of your kids. And honestly, I can understand how women being naked around other women doesn't bother them since there isn't a hierarchy system as most vaginas aren't really compared the way men's penis sizes are. I don't see how men are comfortable being naked in a public situation unless they are very well endowed.

Scar your child?? When my son was growing up we swam at the Y often. Changed in the locker room and showered after leaving the pool.Occasionally we had one of his friends with us.Stopped this when he was around 10. Would I do it if I had a girl??NO.
