I bet you licked your lips and jumped for joy when you found a naughty doctor story. Ive explained my side many times in this thread. Again, it just bothers some that I'm picky about who I let my kid around and the people I want to socialize with. Too bad! Oh, and I work in the medical field.
Thanks for proving everyone in the medical field does not have sound or reasoned judgment.
Are you a doctor? And if not, do the doctors let their offspring associate with yours? How can they be sure you're a good parent?
I think people are more puzzled by your criteria than bothered.
You very clearly did not read any of my posts except the first one and no I am not a doctor. I'm sick of explaining over and over. I really don't care if you or anyone else does sleepovers or what criteria others have. I answered the original post, explained my position numerous times and that is enough for this topic.
I actually had a mom on Friday tell me at the bus stop that her child was available that evening to sleepover at our house. We both have daughters the same age. They had just moved into the neighborhood a few weeks ago and she was basically trying to push her kid off on me! I told her we don't do sleepovers and she looked at me like I was crazy. I think she's the crazy One!
As a parent you are your child's advocate. We have to make decisions that are in their best interest. I can 100% guarantee you that should you choose to have children, you will not send them off with just anyone. In regards to sleepovers, you will judge the parents, their kids, their house- everything. If you can't find common ground or you don't feel confortable with them for whatever reason, you won't allow your kids to sleepover or be around them.
100 percent correct!!!
