Should I let my gay son sleep over at his gay friends house? (pregnant, parents)

Recently my gay 17 year old asked me if he could spend the night at his friends house. I know that the other boy is gay but my son tells me they are just friends and two other boys (also gay) will be there as well. I just don't know how I feel about this any advice?
Of course you should. At his age it's stupid for him not to have a boyfriend. (And yes, I would have the same opinion about a straight kid and his girlfriend, although there would obviously need to be the additional emphasis on effective contraception.)
What are the other circumstances? Do you know the parents? What are their stances on their sons sexuality? Would they be there? What do they plan on doing with their time?

this is where it gets tricky I belive my son when he says that he and the other boy are just friends so if I say no it seems like I am saying that he can't go becuse his friends are gay and if they were straight then I would be okay with it. as for the parents I have met them and as far as I know they would be home during this night.
If he was not gay and had a female friend he spent a lot of time with, would you let him spend the night with her? It really isn't different. If they don't shave sex this time, it is only a matter of time before they will.
Umm,IMHO they WILL be experimenting,up to having sex, to be sure. No matter if they say they are "just friends". Regardless of whether they do it there, this time,or another time, trust me it's going to happen & likely already has,if not, will soon,at that age. I guess all you can do is stress protection,at this point. Good luck!
