If this is old, this is the first I've heard of it. All I can think right now is how could a parent with an ounce of common sense exploit their child like this, putting them out there for the freaks who prey on children to get off on?

Wow...they showed this on Good Morning America this morning. Hate to sound like a fuddy-duddy, but I don't think the costumes and dance moves are appropriate for 7 year olds. The girls ARE immensely talented though.

the people at fault are:
the dance instructors--they are the ones choreographing these things
the parents: they know what the girls are practicing!

I couldn't even watch the whole thing.
It completely turns my stomach.

I can't handle anything that would even remotely harm an innocent child.

You certainly can't blame the kids for doing something and getting admired for it. All the blame should go on the parents and then the dance instructor, then the crowd cheering this on.
I predict atleast 3 of those girls will become strippers at some dive. 4 will become drug addicts of some sort. 1 will die of an overdose. 1 will become famous and be in the rag mags all the time. 1 will get out of that program and lead a good life.

Greetings,
This is not what children should be taught or allowed to do. This is messed up...
Why would the parents want there little girls acting like a sex fiends. Wonder how many of them will turn out to be strippers? Look at there role models and how they act and dress. Look at Dancing with the stars, This season, lost interest on it now. You know growing up around the Baptist Faith, they would come out of there skin over Elvis. I used to think they were a little crazy. But maybe if they would of kept it up and had the population working with them. I wonder what it would be like today.
Sex sells and that what it is all about sex and money.
Be Blessed

I couldn't help but watch just a part of this and think that these little girls looked like they were already mastering some stripper moves. This is a pedophile's dream... what are the parents thinking? and the choreographer?

The girls are talented dancers and I'm not sure the moves would be as horrible appearing if the girls were dressed differently. Their outfits are unacceptable in my book, worse than the dance moves themselves.

But it's the combination of the two that makes this totally inappropriate.
