I am a single parent that is looking for somewhere to stay in PA. My sons are in college, I have a cousin that is there now and actually having a hard time. He moved to Pittsburgh and could not find work at all, now he is in Harrisburg and found a job but can hardly make ends meet. I am on this blog to see if I can get ideas and etc from you all before I make a move there. I need somewhere where it is not expensive to live, job market is good for administrative assist. and it is not crime ridden. Please help!

What time of job does your cousin have?
The job market is pretty good in the Harrisburg area, and I would say the job market for administrative assistants is good as well. Crime is very low everywhere except some neighborhoods in the city of Harrisburg. Less expensive but nice places to live would be Susquehanna township, Hummelstown, Middletown area, Mechanicsburg borough, East Pennsboro, New Cumberland, Lower Allen township....

Post Thanks!

He does that testing lead and water stuff. I've been taking my time reading the blogs as well, I will be doing research on those areas.
