Can someone give me insight how would it be commuting to these areas from the Delaware County area (lets use Media as a town).

These are two different job locations that I can apply for but need to know if it's a viable commute.

Is there any viable public transportation to any of these as a second option - but I do drive.

Any help/response you can give me will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Here is a link for the Septa rail service;

I don't believe there is any public transit in those areas. Last I was there there wasn't. However, there might be some bus service. Try calling Septa.

Well, Royersford is like 45 min away from Media. Coopersburg is even farther (like an hour and 15 minutes).

You need to go up 422 to get to Royersford, which can be tricky in the morning (although you'd be traveling in the opposite direction of the traffic, an accident can cause serious rubbernecking on 422).

Coopersburg is right up 476...well, like 45 miles up 476.

It's not a commute I'd want to make. And there's no way you're getting public transit to either place from Media. Sorry.

I'd choose royersford and find a place along the 422 corridor, but you'll probably need a car unless you settle in royersford.
