Do you know anything about the tenant search for 13th/Market, I would love to see that building get built. And also, the Arch St project by the river, that hasn't made any progress.

I'm also looking forward to Broad and Spring Garden kyb01.
Parkway took over the lot about a year ago. They did some physical upgrades but now it's going to be developed. Very interesting. The lot fills up during weekdays by workers, I assume, in 1500 Spring Garden. I wonder if any of them know the lot is going. This project will change everything around there.

I would never rent or buy in the Arch St project, as is, because the immediate area has been prone to flooding in the past. That could explain the delays. They should put it on stilts.

Both look like good solid projects for the city. I don't know anything more than you, however. I get the most reliable info from RoW and from another forum.

Looks like Amazon is stationing its advertising team in New York (which makes sense). However, I think that pretty much eliminates New York for the HQ2 proposal.

There are a lot of reasons I don’t see HQ2 in New York. But as I alluded to in another thread, I never thought we’d be saying “President Trump.”

They were never going there, imo. I tend to think the pick will be more "fertile ground" where they can build something.

Why would that eliminate NYC?
