at 500 rooms and a small footprint would suspect something similar in height to their recent DT Manhattan hotel at 630 ft.

Actually pretty exciting if close to this for Philly

That would be amazing. I must admit, when I see the news on new construction in Philly I always get excited, but I always get bummed when it's another high rise that isn't going to alter the skyline. I'm holding out hope for Cira II and this hotel. I want to see some more tall skyscrapers. Maybe not a bunch of supertalls, but some that can make the skyline more dense than it already is, maybe fill in the gap between Commerce Square and Cira Center.

I will say, I'm amazed that when I was born, Philadelphia had no skyline to speak of, and it now has one of the tops in the country. <3 Philly.

To give a frame of reference, I'm 26.

I'd read about it, residential highrise, right? Do you have any renders of what the skyline will look like after it's complete?
