whats funny is that most of those newscasters don't live in Philly. Most live in the burbs. I guess that's why most have no clue when it comes to neighborhood borders

Oh no doubt. I don't even blame the reporters,their jobs are to read the stories not get involved with them. I've seen such a turnover of reporters over the years,I'd be sick if I had to report this stuff daily too. I can barely watch it anymore it's such a downer.

To put it bluntly...they don't want to look like a punk in front of their bulls. The hood has this strange interpretation of respect that causes this crap.
