I will say that some "sub" upstart franchises hit the seen and make some noise for a couple years and then seem to fizzle out, like Quizzno's but for some reason despite seemingly mediocre sandwiches, Subway keeps chugging along.

I think they may have adjusted some things since they were nailed for using that chemical laden bread...
