Seems kind of dark to me when looking at it once it's night time and can't understand why if it's suppose to be a new attraction. The front of city hall needs to be more LIT so the ice skating can be more appealing to people walking past at night time. I don't think the ice skating rink looks like that at Penn's Landing so why is the front of city hall so dark?

I think it's a really great location but they need to take more from penn's landing, ie: too small, better lighting, better / more music, etc.

I looked at the Penn's Landing one and it is so much more attractive than City Hall. The one at city hall not only has horrible lighting but it seems like you can just fold it up and put it in a box until tomorrow. City Hall makes it look like people are ice skating in front of a prison lol

What did they build new at the Penn's Landing Skating Rink? I noticed on the news in the background it's a building with lights and glass windows.
