I visited Philly with my family for 2 days. We did the sightseeing hop-on hop-off tour. That seems to be a hit in every city I go to.

We also spent time in Independence Park, Fairmount Park, Reading Terminal Market, Franklin, Rittenhouse and Logan Squares among other places. Dined at City Tavern.

I hadn't been to Philly in many years, so it was nice to see all the changes.

Well, from what I remember Philly got 40 million visitors in 2016. (Can someone verify that?) So we must be doing something right.

Glad you enjoyed it and hope you return too.

Nice! Glad you came.

Did you enjoy City Tavern? It's been a very long time since I went their as a teen with my family and I sometimes still suggest it because of its uniqueness but wonder how the food and service currently is.

The food and service were good. The servers wore 18th century attire. The music and everything else was from that era as well.

I had the pork chops, which were pretty filling for me. I didn't get around to dessert.
