Agreed. Wissahickon is a true gem, but it seems odd that people would travel all that distance to Philadelphia
just for the park. I only assume this because as wild and beautiful as Wissahickon is, there are wilder and more beautiful parks within a similar or closer distance to some of these supposed park trashers. I would assume it was a pit stop along the way to some other destination.
I also agree with those saying we need more fine enforcement for leaving trash in Philly. I would say especially in parks, but our street trash is in dire need as well. I wish we had a trash authority as vigorous as our parking authority.
