We are moving to west valley arizona and will be working at del webb hospital (Sun City West). We are new the area. Can someone suggest good residential areas to live in or around that area? Maybe within 20 min drive to the hospital.

Depending on your age Sun City West (55+) or Surprise would be great places to live.

Surprise would be a good choice in terms of convenience to the hospital.

BTW, that's a nice hospital. I worked there for a very short time six years ago.

Surprise is safe, yes. Vistancia is also very nice, I'm not sure of the driving distance, but it is probably workable.

Surprise was recently voted one of the safest cities in Arizona. It was right behind Gilbert. I worked in Surprise for two years and it's a very nice part of the valley as long as you don't have to commute to downtown or the east valley.
