This is really time of day specific - for 8 am classes downtown, I've rarely had a problem on the 51 going south - there were definite slowdowns, but it hasn't ever added more than a couple minutes to the commute. nightmare on the 51...option of jumping onto 7th street, which isn't as fast, but rarely locks up completely... always empty...

Yes, I am a single guy. As for living that close, I require a garage, and I am not finding much in the area with a decent rent price that has a private garage. I am looking around 900.00 and I have found a decent amount.
