What block of West Earll are you talking about? You could be in the middle of Maryvale, which is not the best area, though some who live there who post here have not had problems. The reverse commute you would be doing should be okay.

That is a pretty nasty area...right in the middle of the aforementioned Maryvale district. I wouldn't live there. Since you will be working in Avondale, you might consider Avondale or Goodyear. Can probably get a better house for a similar price.
