hi -
we are hopefully relocating to phx in the next few months. we have seen a house that we are interested in that is located in the Stratford Estates subdivision in Mesa - before we pursue it seriously, we were wondering if folks familiar with the area might provide some feedback on the area and the development in that area - so far, we have not found anything alarming about it but i thought we might as well ask
