I was checking out all these apartments and havent found any yet. [mod cut--inflammatory-- off topic. If someone suggests that complex, you can simply ignore the recommendation] Does anybody have any recomendations? I want a place thats not trashy or snobby, just somewhere in between.

Does it have to be around metrocenter? Do you have any other choices? Not easy to find anything really nice around there. Could you elaborate as to why you want to live there??

Agree with phxbarb. You can go just a bit further north to bell road and do MUCH better. Or nw to arrowhead which is quite nice.

Very well-written.

A friend of mine was eyeing a place around Metrocenter but we ended up finding a place for her in the Union Hills area, a much nicer location and not too far of a drive northward on I-17.

You won't find anything but low-income housing near Metocenter, why would you ever want to live in that area? Head north to at least Greenway, much nicer area, and only 10-15 minutes away.

My mom used to live at Villa Toscana nearby. She had no complaints.
