Unfortunately I am barely 21 and still trying to build my credit. I am not able to buy my own house yet. But the second I can I will!!

When I talked to the office staff and told them unless they can show me the page and line that the $200 fee was on I'd take them to court. And that I wanted a receipt of exactly where the $200 was going. Of course they ended up taking off the fee saying they'll let it go. Thank you guys for all the input!! I'm glad that I posted otherwise I would have ended up paying.

A victory well won... I like this story. When you move out..they might be gunning for you, so take lots of pictures and have them sign off on the inspection in person.

Good advice. I'd be a model tenant from now until the day you move out. (not that you haven't been a good tenant already)

Yes, and stop by the office from time to time to say hello, so they remember you as a very friendly person.
